Grief Coach NC exists to support individuals navigating loss in all its forms. This is a space to slow down, feel what you’re carrying, and begin to find steadiness again. Not by rushing the process or trying to “fix” grief, but by creating support, clarity, and a path forward that feels real.
Grief is not limited to the loss of a loved one. It shows up in many ways… the end of a relationship, a shift in identity, a job loss, a life transition, health issues, or the quiet realization that life no longer looks the way it once did.
Different experiences, same thread… something meaningful is missing.
As a certified grief coach, this work is a thoughtful, supportive partnership. It is non-clinical and forward-focused. The goal is not to take grief away, but to help you carry it in a way that feels more manageable, with structure, clarity, and steady support around it.
Coaching is not about being told what to do. It’s about having a consistent, grounded presence alongside you as you move through what you’re experiencing and begin to understand what forward might look like.
Grief coaching is a partnership focused on the present and the path ahead. Sessions are client-led and centered on support, reflection, and forward movement at your pace.
